“Good soothing voice. Good variety of books. This really helps me to relax and go to sleep. I just wish the podcasts were a little longer because it sometimes takes me longer than 30 minutes to fall into a deep sleep and stay asleep. Please make some episodes that last 45 minutes to 1 hour.”
