“Advice from doctor to start doing better about my sleep hygiene. I was not sure how to start turning off my screens and tv at night. I like noise. She suggested the radio or meditation apps, but I wanted a story of some kind. I usually listen to one or two episodes and fall asleep, I wish there was a sleep timer setting for two hours because I tend to wake up with it still playing at 3 am, but I need a long enough time to get to sleep... otherwise I get anxious waiting for it to turn off and stay awake, lol,”
