So Happy I Found This!!!

“I was using the Calm app to help me sleep for a while but then i had to cancel it. I weirdly don’t like guided meditation / those tones of voice , they aren’t comforting to me but listening to the ‘M’ episodes of this help me fall asleep and I am so grateful to find some that are exactly what i need”
